These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services of Scalable LLC, DBA HomeRefresh (“HomeRefresh,” “we,” “us”) at homerefresh.io. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

HomeRefresh provides instant pricing and online booking for exterior home cleaning across Greater Columbus, OH. Your service is performed by an insured local crew we work with. Prices shown are the all-in prices you pay; if a job turns out materially different from what was booked, we contact you before any change. Every job is backed by our satisfaction guarantee.

Booking & payment

Payment is collected at checkout and processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). By booking, you authorize the charge shown at checkout. We confirm your appointment within 24 hours; weather or scheduling may require us to coordinate a new time at no extra cost.

SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, by checking the consent box on our quote form or entering your number at checkout), you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from HomeRefresh related to your quote and booking, such as confirmations, scheduling updates, appointment reminders, and arrival notifications. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; you will receive a single confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (614) 681-8840 or hello@homerefresh.io. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes; see our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to have authority over the property to be serviced, and to use the site only for lawful purposes.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeRefresh is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits our satisfaction guarantee or any rights you have under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
